How do I place an order?
To place an order, add your desired product(s) to the cart, proceed to checkout, and provide your details. After completing the payment, you will receive your license key via email or selected delivery method.
Your subscription starts on the day you receive your license key. This ensures you can start using our services immediately.

How do I renew my subscription?
Renewals can be done:
Visit the renewal page, enter your VaultChat ID, and select your preferred subscription plan.
- 1 Month Before Expiry: You can renew your license up to one month before it expires to avoid interruption.
- 2 Weeks After Expiry: If your license expires, you have a two-week grace period to renew.
- After 2 Weeks: Accounts not renewed after two weeks of expiry are permanently wiped from our systems for security and privacy.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact our support team or use your account dashboard to initiate the cancellation.
Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel your subscription within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
Are there any payment fees?
Yes, a 2% processing fee is applied to all payments. This fee is non-refundable.
What happens if I miss the renewal deadline?
If you do not renew within the two-week grace period after expiry, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This is done to ensure your privacy and security.
How do I know when my subscription is about to expire?
We will send you reminders via selected contact method one month before your subscription expires and another reminder two weeks before expiry. You will also get notified in-app by VaultChat.
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-subscription?
Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are only available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you cancel in time.
How secure is my payment information?
We do not store any personal data such as name, address etc. Checkout only requires Email/Phone and selected contact method. Payments can be done by multiple methods and cryptocurrency.
We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your payment details are safe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification. Please try again with an updated payment method or contact our support team for assistance.
Can I reactivate a wiped account?
You can reactivate wiped accounts which have a valid subscription.
